Your video calls happen inside Logbook — and so does the follow-up.
Native LiveKit-powered rooms for video, audio and screen share. Live transcript, shared notes, and a Gemini-written summary the moment the call ends — with action items already filed as cards on the right project board.
Hit start. Watch the conversation become work.
No microphone needed — the demo simulates a full Logbook room: tiles, live transcript, shared notes and AI recap.
A real video room — no Zoom plugin, no third-party bot in the corner.
Meetings live inside Logbook. We use LiveKit under the hood for HD video, audio and screen share, with end-to-end encrypted media. Everyone (including external clients via guest links) joins the same room — no account or extension required.
- Native HD video, audio and screen share over LiveKit
- End-to-end encrypted media; recordings stored in your workspace
- Guest links — clients join from a browser, no signup
Shared notes and a real-time transcript, side-by-side with the call.
Everyone in the room can type into a shared notes pane while the conversation runs — no more "who’s scribing today?" question. The transcript streams in next to it, speaker-attributed, so you can scroll back to what someone actually said without leaving the room.
- Collaborative notes, broadcast in real time to everyone in the room
- Live speaker-attributed transcript streaming as people talk
- Mentions, decisions and risks tagged inline as you write
When the meeting ends, the work is already on the board.
The second you click "End meeting", Gemini reads the notes and transcript together and writes a tight summary, then extracts action items as cards on the project the meeting was attached to — with assignees, due dates and a link back to the moment they were agreed.
- Gemini-written summary attached to the project automatically
- Action items become cards on the right board, assignees pre-filled
- Each card links back to the timestamp in the transcript
Lose your wifi mid-recording? Nothing is lost.
The recording is chunked into your browser’s IndexedDB as it captures, so a refresh, a crash or a flaky network never costs you the meeting. When you reconnect, Logbook offers to upload the unsaved recording — or download it locally if you prefer.
- Chunked local recording in IndexedDB, recovered after a refresh
- One-click upload of recovered chunks once you’re back online
- Or export the local copy without ever uploading
