LLogbook
About us

We build the workspace service teams actually keep open.

Logbook started in 2023 with a simple frustration: every freelancer and agency was struggling with managing their work. We built one workspace that finally does.

Our mission

Make every project legible — to the team, to the client, to your future self.

We are a small, distributed team based in the EU. We host in Frankfurt and Amsterdam, sign DPAs without a lawyer in the loop, and ship every credential with a per-user wrapped DEK so even we cannot read your secrets.

We charge for the parts that cost us money — seats and storage. The client portal stays free forever, because asking your client to pay for the privilege of reviewing your work felt wrong from day one.

Our story

A short, honest timeline.

  1. 1

    2023

    First commit

Three people, one frustration, a Trello board and a 1Password vault that nobody could find. Logbook is sketched on a whiteboard.

  2. 2

    2024

    Private beta

Forty agencies move their boards, vaults and timers into Logbook. We learn that "secure" alone does not sell — clients need to feel the boards work first.

  3. 3

    2025

    Public launch

AI meeting recap, free client portal, signed DPA — all under one bill. Hosted in EU only. The bet: bundling beats integrating.

Today

A workspace that earns its place on the dock.

6+

tools replaced per customer (avg.)

Customers consolidate task tools, password managers, meeting recorders, file sharing, time tracking and CRM into one Logbook workspace.

99.95%

uptime over the last 12 months

Measured across our EU production regions in Frankfurt and Amsterdam, including planned maintenance windows.

< 24h

median support response

Founders and engineers answer support directly — no first-line filtering, no offshore tier-1 queue.

EU

only — Frankfurt & Amsterdam

Data, backups and AI inference all stay inside the European Union. No transatlantic copies, no third-country processors.

We did not want to build another productivity app. We wanted to build the workspace where the work, the credentials and the client conversation finally share a room.

The team

Small team, deep focus.

We are intentionally small. Every one of us ships product, talks to customers and answers tickets. Hello@ goes to a real human.
